Each of the Six
Private Bedrooms in The Grand Victorian is rented separately,
with access to the common spaces of the Home. A short 4
or 9 or 12 Month Lease is standard, but other options are available.
Monthly Installments Rates range from $495 -to- $545. These prices
include all Utilities Paid.
This magnificent 6 Unit Victorian
home has all of the attributes that you'd expect from a classic
historic home: 12 Foot Ceilings, Solid Wood Doors, Classic Chandeliers,
Corniced Ceilings, Detailed Wood Trim, beautiful Fireplace Mantels,
and Hardwood Floors.
Tenants are only responsible
for the rent of one room. Each of the Bedroom units is large
enough, that most Tenants set them up like Efficiencies. All
tenants have shared access to the additional Common Spaces. These
Common Spaces include two full bathrooms*, a fully equipped kitchen,
a living/dining room with Cable TV, the two main hall ways, and
a backyard patio.
One of the Main features that

term leases

and all utilities are paid by the management, so it is truly ideal
